Dress Attire for the Hotel
T-shirts, tank tops, faded jeans, cut-offs, and casual hats are not permitted in the Main Lobby, Park Avenue Lobby, restaurants, or public areas of the hotel. While name badges may be worn by conference attendees in private conference rooms, the hotel requests that name badges be removed in the public areas of the hotel.
Dry Cleaning, Pressing /Laundry/Valet
Dry cleaning, laundry, and valet/pressing services is available 7 days a week. Minor tailoring is also provided through the Valet department.
Express Registration Desk
The Express Registration Desk is a new, more efficient way for Waldorf=Astoria's frequent guests to check-in. In order for the Arrivals Coordinator to have your room assigned and your room keys prepared please call, 1-866-ARRIVE-1 thirty minutes prior to your anticipated arrival. Your keys will be ready and waiting for you at The Express Registration located in the main lobby. Hours of operation are 7am - 11pm, seven days a week.
