Stephanie M. Krewson

STEPHANIE KREWSON is a senior vice president and the senior analyst covering equity REITs for BB&T Capital Markets. Prior to joining BB&T in December 2002, she was the senior equity REIT analyst at JPMorgan Chase & Co., which she joined at the end of 2000. Krewson served as the treasurer of Keystone Property Trust (NYSE: KTR) for the bulk of 2000. Before joining Keystone, Krewson was one of four publishing analysts covering REITs for Salomon Smith Barney. Before moving to the sell side at Salomon Smith Barney in 1997, Krewson was a senior associate in investment banking for three years in Prudential Securities’ Real Estate Investment Banking Group. From 1993 to 1994, she worked in internal audit and accounting for the global brands division of the Seagram Company in Paris, France. Krewson began her career in investment banking for Legg Mason Wood Walker in February 1992.

Krewson has a B.S. in economics from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business and a B.A. in English from the University’s College of Arts and Science.
