The FTSE EPRA/NAREIT Global Real Estate Index Series produced its second-highest total return to date, boasting 37.96 percent. The index, comprised of three series, North America, Asia and Europe, all posted noteworthy returns as well. The Europe Series (which accounts for 20.43 percent of the Global Composite) had the highest total return of the three with 52.73 percent. The Asia Series (27.22 percent of Global Composite) came in second at 36.85 percent, while the North America Series (52.35 percent of Global Composite) posted 33.51 percent.
